Doing It Different

Jun 8, 2021

As a society, we seem to have lost the ability to have meaningful conversations with people we don't agree with.

And while I struggle with this sometimes too, it's something I think is super important to work on. Today, my husband Austin is back with me for another Q&A, and we're sharing our tips for how to make those difficult conversations easier.

We're also diving deep into our experiences during the healing phase of my Hashimoto's -- how it affected our sex life, my libido, and our overall relationship. I deeply appreciate everyone who's reached out to me in the past when we've touched on how this experience impacted each of us, and so we wanted to go even deeper into it in this episode.

As always, a reminder that neither Austin or myself are experts when it comes to relationships, politics, or medical advice. We're just here to share our experiences as we're navigating them ourselves, and hope they help you make the decisions that are best for you.
