Do think a normal period involves terrible cramps, debilitating migraines, and wild mood swings? We're here to set the record straight.
Nicole Jardim, also known as The Period Girl, is a certified women’s health coach on a mission to empower women to take back control of their hormonal health. She’s outspoken and opinionated about women’s health issues and shares my belief that women have the right to be educated about their bodies.
However, Nicole wasn’t always privy to optimal hormonal health. Like many of us, Nicole grew up with a certain idea of what a normal period looked like. She was even put on birth control at a young age to manage those symptoms. Her passion for women's health stems from her own health journey and today she's here to set the record straight.
In today's episode, we dive into what a normal period should look and feel like, what your period might be trying to tell you, and how you can enhance your hormonal health.
Enjoy!

This is essential to reclaiming and maintaining optimal health and vitality at any age.
