Doing It Different

Aug 11, 2020

Living the standard, fast-paced American lifestyle in my 20s led me to acquire Hashimoto’s.

For the last six years, I’ve been on a journey to heal my Hashimoto's. It’s been full of constant research, trial and error, and unconventional interventions. If there’s anyone who understands what I’ve gone through with Hashimoto’s, it’s Tracey Grant and she’s joining us on the podcast today.

Tracey is a registered dietitian, Hashimoto's patient and the co-creator of the Healing Hashimoto’s Course. We share about our experiences with thyroid autoimmunity, gut issues, and what healing has looked like for each of us over time.
